Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ijen Villas by Comfy Villas. By making a reservation or staying with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before confirming your booking.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via WhatsApp or email.
  • The guest who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for everyone in their party.
  • Please make sure the names, dates and number of guests you provide are correct.

2. Payment

  • A deposit of [XX]% of the total price is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due [on arrival / X days before check-in].
  • Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices in other currencies are estimates only.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than [X] days before check-in receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within [X] days of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • Date changes are possible subject to availability – just contact us as early as you can.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in is from [14:00] and check-out is before [12:00].
  • Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.
  • A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

5. House Rules

  • Only registered guests may stay overnight. Please let us know in advance about any visitors.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum after [22:00] out of respect for other guests and neighbours.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

6. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa, furniture or equipment caused during their stay. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings – please keep valuables with you or in a safe place.

7. Packages & Experiences

Some tours and activities, such as trips to Ijen Crater, are run by local partners. Schedules may change due to weather, volcanic activity or official closures. If an activity cannot go ahead, we will offer an alternative date or a refund for that activity.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.
