Good to Know

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, every stay includes breakfast served at BG Coffee, our on-site café.
Can you arrange a trip to Ijen Crater?
Absolutely. We can organise the midnight Blue Fire trek including a jeep transfer, a licensed guide, gas masks and an early breakfast box. Just let us know when you book.
How far is the villa from the airport?
About 30 minutes from Banyuwangi city and Blimbingsari Airport. Airport pick-up is available on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days are charged the first night. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, major credit cards and QRIS. Prices can be displayed in IDR or your preferred currency using the currency selector.
